Me, My name is Chris. I live in the UK and four years ago after a traumatic experience, I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis. I have lived with psoriasis my whole life and as a child, I suffered badly with it. Now 42 years old, I am determined to live a very long and active life, keeping symptoms at bay as naturally as possible. I have been working on a balanced lifestyle of low inflammatory diet, regular exercise, organic and wild supplements and dynamic breathwork. I am not T-total, nor am I vegan. I am NOT a preacher of extreme diets or lifestyles, I understand we have to have balance in our lives. I want this website to help me as much as the community of subscribers.
